3.1 Deposit

ahsa77 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Once a deposit is successful, the amount is added to the account.

• Deposited funds must come from a method registered in the user's name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this may be slightly delayed during a special verification process.

• The withdrawal amount will be sent to the same payment method on the account that was used to make the deposit.
• The wagering conditions must be met before a bonus balance can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

• A specific time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement.
• Not all games may contribute equally to the wagering calculation.
• There may be a maximum bet limit on wagers placed with bonus balance.
• If fraudulent use of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

The ahsa77 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular and active use. ahsa77 reserves the right to grant and withdraw VIP status.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical methods to play.
• Playing in collusion or coordination with other users.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform's system.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in harmful behavior toward other users.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. ahsa77 also reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

7.1 Betting Conditions

Each bet and game round is conducted according to specific rules. Decisions on accepting and cancelling bets are final and rest with ahsa77.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or system failure, the outcome of that round will be determined according to server logs. In such cases, ahsa77's decision is final.
